Returns & Refunds Policy
Unless an item is defective it will not be considered for a return or refund.
If the item has been opened (CD'S/ AUDIO BOOKS) and it is defective (recording) and there is no apparent abuse, after the return and inspection of the defective item then a replacement can be obtained The replacement item will be shipped at no costs to the original purchaser No other returns or refunds will be considered.
